Cautions in Application of magnetic switch

Release time:Dec. 07, 2015

1.In the use of the second-line magnetic switch, it is necessary to connect the load before it can be used, otherwise it will cause the magnetic switch burning due to too much current. 2. When using DC power, the Brown is to be connected to the high potential (+), the Blue line is connected to the low potential (-), otherwise the LED will not light. If the wiring is not the case above, and will not damage the magnetic switch, as long as the two wiring switch, the indicator light can be normal instructions. 3. When using the second-line type of no-contact magnetic switch, be sure to use DC power supply, and please pay attention to wiring mode. The brown line is to be connected at a high potential (+), and the Blue Line is connected at a low potential (-). If the connection of brown, blue two line is wrong, it may cause the magnetic switch damage. 4. When using a three-wire, no-contact type magnetic switch, be sure to use power supply, and please note NPN or PNP wiring mode. The brown line is to be connected at a high potential (+), the Blue line is connected at a low potential (-), and the black line is threaded to the load. If the connection of brown, blue and black is wrong, it may cause the magnetic switch damage. 5. When using load for inductive load (such as relays, solenoid valves), please connect the protective components at the load end so as to prolong the life of the magnetic switch. If connected toDC inductive load, please connect a second polar body on the load, and note that the polar polarity direction, the wrong connection may cause the magnetic switch damage. When connected to AC inductive load, please connect an R-C circuit to the load. 6. When using a magnetic switch, try to stay away from the strong magnetic field or the surrounding magnetic metal environment to avoid interference. 7. When the load is a capacitive load or wire length is more than 10 meters, please connect an inductor (560 ~ 1000 mu H). The inductor is as close to the magnetic switch as possible, so as to ensure the normal operation of the magnetic switch.
